Sunwayman M40A U2 4xAA LED torch

239g, 645 Lumens: The M40A is a small high powered LED torch with the convenience of AA batteries and the benefit of a large smooth reflector. The magnetic control ring lets your easily select a brightness setting, or the strobe mode. Updated CREE XM-L U2 version.

The M40A is designed to avoid being bulky with a combination of capability, AA battery power source and size; this 645+ lumens high-output flashlight is a cutting edge piece of equipment.

AA powered CREE XM-L U2

The M40A is one of the smallest AA-powered XM-L U2 flashlights available. Yes, brightness is important, but carrying something bulky and heavy on the back or shoulder can be exhausting. The M40A uses easy-to-get batteries and is easy to carry, either hanging from your wrist, or holding in your hand, but at the same time offering 645 lumens of finely tuned light.

Advanced Magnetic Control

The magnetic control selector ring allows the M40A to be operated with one hand. Use the ring to select a power ouput, or the strobe mode.

As with the other SUNWAYLED offerings, this is a well made light that shows considerable design and manufacturing expertise. I suspect the design, feature set, and performance will find favor with many here – especially as it based on commonly available AA batteries (and in a convenient 4x configuration). ------selfbuilt
