The max output can be reached when on burst mode or there is a max output of 300 lumens on high mode. The E09R offers four brightness levels plus a burst mode which can be cycled through using the side switch. The E09R runs off a built-in 800mAh Li-polymer battery and it can be recharged via the USB-C port.
